Cleaning your Face with natural Ingredients

Expensive products vs using natural Ingredients

There are so many amazing natural products out there that will do wonders to your skin.

I love using Honey and Yogurt.. just to name two of my absolute favorites!
Mother nature is such a great provider - so lets take advantage of that and take a look into some
Ingredients that you can try using for your facial cleansing.

  1. Honey: Honey has natural antibacterial properties and can be used as a gentle cleanser. Apply a thin layer of raw honey to your face, massage it in circular motions, and rinse off with warm water. It can help remove dirt and impurities while moisturizing your skin.

  2. Yogurt: Yogurt contains lactic acid, which can help exfoliate and brighten the skin. Apply plain, unsweetened yogurt to your face and leave it on for about 10-15 minutes. Rinse off with lukewarm water for a refreshed feeling

  3. Oatmeal: Oatmeal can be used as a mild exfoliant to remove dead skin cells and excess oil. Mix finely ground oats with water or milk to create a paste. Gently massage it onto your face in circular motions, then rinse off with warm water.

  4. Cucumber: Cucumber has a cooling and soothing effect on the skin. Blend or grate a cucumber and apply the juice or pulp to your face. Leave it on for 10-15 minutes and rinse off with water. It can help hydrate and refresh your skin.

  5. Lemon: Lemon juice contains natural citric acid, which can act as an astringent and help with oil control. Dilute freshly squeezed lemon juice with equal parts water and use a cotton ball to apply it to your face. Rinse off after a few minutes and moisturize your skin afterward, as lemon juice can be drying.

TIP: Summer Season is finally comming. After a day at the beach, I love to take care of my skin with Joghurt.
You can use Greek Yogurt, which is easy to apply cause its nice and thick. Or use “Topfen/Quark”.
I love to add a bit of Honey. it has such a soothing effect on your skin - it cools and hydrates your skin.
Try it ;)

Please note that everyone's skin is different, and what works for one person may not work for another.

If your skin is super sensitive, please always try a new ingredient on a small area of your skin before applying it to your entire face. If possible use organic products.

I am curious, let me know what works best for you and which of my 5 options you love most.

All the best,
lets keep it juicy
