How often should I do Face Yoga?

Consistent practise is the key for seing your desired results!

My general guideline is to do Face Yoga for 10-20 minutes a day at 5-7 days a week.
The frequency is very much depending on your personal preference and individual need.

You can also increase the frequency of practice if you feel it's necessary or if you have a specific goal in mind.

If you are just starting out with Face Yoga, i recommend to do Face Yoga for 6-10 weeks, if possible every day. This is a great opportunity to get started and familiar with the poses and postures . Also you will get an idea in which direction the journey and the changes will go ;)


The golden rule is „consistency“

The key really is to find a practice frequency that works for you and that you can sustain in the long term.

This can be your daily opportunity to get in touch with yourself , I really want to encourage you:
take these minutes of the day for yourself and your wellbeing: take a deep breath in and stay in this moment for a while. Own every drop of your beauty and fall in love with yourself ! Beauty is not just limited to your physical appearance but extends to your inner qualities as well. Embrace yourself and live a life to the fullest.
